Health Insurance

Types of Health Insurance

Individual Policies to fit your needs

UNLESS you have a Life Qualifying Event such as loss of employment, moving, marriage, divorce, the birth of children etc., there are only two months out of the year that one may apply for Individual Health Insurance, which is November and December for a January 1st start date.  Let our agency assist you in navigating towards the best solution for your situation.  We can offer a variety of plans, determine if you qualify for a subsidy through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and will assist you in identifying all your options.

Group Policies for Small Businesses

As few as 2 employees can qualify for a Group Insurance plan. Often group policies offer premium plans with greater coverage. We can help you explore options of sharing this expense with your employee(s) and determine the strategy to best meet your needs and budget.

Group or Individual Policies

Dental Insurance can be a significant benefit to one's health insurance package. Free cleanings and check-up twice annually go a long distance in maintaining overall dental health. Plus, Dental coverage only improves with time; the longer the policy is in effect, the greater the coverage! Additionally, dental premiums are affordable.

Group or Individual Policies

Vision insurance is extremely affordable if glasses or contacts are a part of your vision necessities. Annual check-ups are free and policies can be developed to offer great savings on prescribed vision aids.

Policies that help with out-of-pocket expenses

Our agency uses AFLAC for supplemental insurance needs. In order to obtain Supplemental Insurance, an individual or group policy must be in effect. Supplemental insurance makes sense for a variety of reasons. For instance, specific policies should be considered if there is a family history of serious health issues, or for additional protection against accidents, or to give greater coverage in the event of Short Term Disability. Several supplemental policies offer payment of Wellness Benefits annually that is already covered 100% on your accompanying health policy. Additionally, supplemental insurance pays YOU, not a medical professional. In the 20 years we have been offering Supplemental Insurance we have not seen the premiums increase at all! AND, if you are an employer considering this insurance this for your employees there can be additional savings in payroll taxes as well as Worker's Compensation insurance. We are happy to explain how Supplemental Insurance can be a viable benefit to your overall insurance package.
